Two-midnight rule Delayed

Modern Healthcare is reporting on its website that CMS is delaying the implementation of the two-midnight rule until after Sept. 30, 2014. More details to follow.

OIG 2014 Work Plan Update Released

As predicted here, the OIG today released its FY 2014 Work Plan Update. The OIG’s Erin Bliss will report on the OIG Work Plan during Monitor Monday this coming Monday at 10 AM ET.
